NYC Health & Hospitals Corp:

This citywide network of 20 hospitals sought to enhance the image and patient count for its Woodhull Hospital from within the nearby Chasidic community of Wiliamsburg.

Challenge: The HHC president wished to strengthen the relationship between the Jewish community and HHC facilities, with specific emphasis on Woodhull Hospital.

Activity: Arranged private and public meetings to introduce HHC president and medical director to community leaders and a wider public.

Result: Increased name recognition and patient census
