Eastern Silver:

Eastern Silver, a veteran manufacturer/seller of sterling silver house and giftware, had lost its luster and was losing market share to new, more aggressive and progressive start-ups.

Challenge: To polish Eastern Silver's image and re-invent its retail presence.

Activity: Schnitzler Associates researched, identified, negotiated the lease, and quarterbacked Eastern Silver's relocation to a new and highly trafficked area. We designed the new gallery to maximize its appeal to the target customer universe. We simultaneously created and launched an aggressive advertising and marketing effort to drive new business and resuscitate old loyalties.

Result: Doubled the sales in the first year. Thereafter the corporation has shown steady annual growth.
